Is the matching really free?

Yes — 100% free for brands. We get paid only when a factory signs a deal with you, through a small introduction fee on the factory side. This way, we're only incentivized to recommend factories you'll actually want to work with.
Which regions do you serve?

We work with brands globally — North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. As long as your product is legal in your target market, we can help you launch it from Korea.
What minimum order quantity (MOQ) is realistic?

Most Korean factories start at 3,000–10,000 units, but we have partners willing to run pilot batches from 1,000 units. Smaller MOQs usually mean a higher unit price — we'll show you the trade-off in the comparison table.
How do you verify factories?

We require current GMP or HACCP certification, verify business registration, check export history, and re-audit every 12 months. Factories with unresolved compliance issues are removed from our network.
Can you help with FDA, EU, or HALAL certifications?

Yes. We don't issue certifications ourselves, but we coordinate with your chosen factory and third-party auditors. For FDA facility registration and basic label compliance, we include preparation at no extra cost.
What if I want to visit the factory in person?

We encourage it. We arrange tours in Seoul, Chungcheong, Jeonju, and other manufacturing regions — including translation, transportation, and hotel recommendations. About 30% of our successful matches involve a factory visit before signing.
