Supplecue checks your target country at the matching stage and prioritizes Korean factories with relevant export experience. Final import approval depends on your local regulations, so we flag likely documentation and compliance requirements before you commit.
For direct factory connection, your brand or appointed freight forwarder handles destination-country customs, duties, taxes, and importer-of-record responsibilities. With full PM service, Supplecue coordinates factory-side export documents and can introduce logistics partners, but customs clearance remains with the importer or broker.
Yes. We request English COAs, product specifications, ingredient lists, manufacturing records, and other export documents from the factory whenever available, and we confirm what can be translated before you move forward.

We compare your requirements with factory production data across ingredients, formulation, flavor, packaging, certifications, MOQ, budget, and timeline. We then provide comparison quotes from the best-fit factories.
All factories on Supplecue undergo a pre-verification process. We confirm GMP/HACCP certifications and production records, and only factories meeting our standards are registered on the platform.
Due to platform characteristics, we can only match production orders of 1,000 units or more. Small sample or prototype requests are not currently supported.
